We have now come to a point where you have to go deep within yourself and search yourself. To gain recognition from others, you must first recognize yourself. Seeing positive aspects of yourself can be difficult. You can probably think of something good to say in connection with work, but do you brag about yourself? If deep down you have a belief in the universe or a belief in God, do you say it out loud or do you show insecurity to guarantee yourself against being laughed at? You often have the idea that feeling a spirituality or believing in a God belongs to the church, but it is not the case that a religion has exclusive power over a belief. So to move forward you have to recognize yourself for who you are, what you believe in, what you like and what you are capable of. You should not work to become someone else, or follow a pattern that keeps you within a limit. You must recognize yourself for who you are, fully and completely. You are yourself enough and you should be proud of that. Be proud of what you achieve, who you are and every new thing you master or learn. You should not pull yourself down, or diminish what you have achieved. You should not trivialize what you create, be proud of it, acknowledge it.
Exercise: Sit down in a quiet place, breathe deeply from your belly, close your eyes and feel that you are falling into a state of calm both in body and soul. Analyze what you do and see that you are good at exactly that. See what you have created and see that you have created something beautiful. Look at yourself in the mirror and see those beautiful eyes and the beautiful lines on your face. If you have something you don't like about yourself, accept it and find the beauty in it. Don't drag yourself down with hateful words about yourself, but acknowledge yourself with your skin and hair. Think about who you are as a person, what you believe in, what you are convinced of and what you think is right. Convince yourself, don't waver in your faith, practice speaking your mind out loud. Don't hide away in the shadows, but come into the light and say who you are and be proud of it. Praise yourself loudly. Look in the mirror in the morning and say something beautiful to yourself. Use your voice and talk out loud to yourself. When you try on clothes, tell yourself that you are beautiful or stylish in that particular item of clothing. When you have achieved something that you have worked on, tell yourself that you have been good. When someone praises you, say thank you and accept the praise, don't apologize or explain yourself away. Accept praise and give praise with confidence. Look deep within yourself and recognize if there is something you should have changed or apologized for, or redeemed. Recognition is also looking deep within oneself and acknowledging the weak and negative aspects of oneself. When you can admit this to yourself and do something about it, you have recognized yourself fully and completely
When you recognize yourself, you become confident in yourself. Others will see that you are confident in yourself and will recognize you. When you are confident in yourself, you will be able to acknowledge others without a hint of doubt or any reservations about what you say. You will be able to say what you mean and brag about others. Acknowledging yourself will give you room to accomplish more than you have done before. By acknowledging yourself, you will gain self-confidence and you will be able to allow yourself to trust others. By acknowledging yourself, you will be able to be true to yourself, balanced and calm. You don't have to prove anything to yourself or others, then you will know that you can manage what you want, or accept and be proud of what you have managed. Don't expect others to lift you up all the time, but lift yourself up. Recognition is therefore about accepting yourself and accepting others. Recognition is examining oneself and accepting that there are negative aspects. Release these negative aspects and replace them with light and love. Make yourself whole.
In light and love Archangel Michael.
